A: Solar Pool Heaters – these systems provide the most efficient use of solar energy and provide an excellent return on investment; typically home owners can recoup the installation cost through traditional energy savings in less than four years. No Government financial assistance is offered currently in Canada for this technology.
Solar Hot Water – currently there are no tax credits in Canada or other Federal or Provincial incentives available to assist in the purchase and installation of solar energy solutions. Q: I am curious about how I would explore a potential solar energy system installation by Resolution Electric: what is the process and what are the guarantees?
A: You may contact us by email, phone or via the online form in the Contact Us section of the website. We are pleased to arrange a no-obligation exploratory on-site meeting to assess your home and/or pool’s suitability for solar energy solutions. We then provide details of the proposed work and the Project Cost to complete the installation. If you choose to proceed, installations are scheduled for the next available time slot, in liaison with each customer to ensure the timing suits and causes minimal interruptions. A 50 per cent payment of Project Cost is required at the start of the installation; the remaining balance is due on completion of the project.
